Class Notes March/April 2003

Gordon Bear has a new lady in his life, Kathy, whom he met in his neighborhood when his cat strayed and asked her for a handout. Gordon is a professor of psychology and statistics at Ramapo College in Mahwah, NJ, will begin teaching evolutionary psychology this spring, and is writing a statistics textbook. Sam Bruttomesso’s son, Jon Carlo, is a Yale sophomore, writing for The Rumpus and performing with “Suite 13.” Charlie Lotte retired from TRW, where he worked in space communications, and is now employed full time as “Mr. Mom for my 19-year-old daughter and our German Shepherd puppy.” Ann and Lee Lundy visited the Galapagos Islands for eight days in November, observing “fascinating wildlife and lots of interesting volcanic landscape” while hiking, snorkeling and cruising on a 95 foot motorized sailboat. They heartily recommend this trip, but note that travel in and out of Ecuador remains unreliable. Lynn and John Mitchell have surged to a tie with Eileen and Bill Cooper in the Most Grandchildren contest at eight. Please send news.
